Our aim is to provide ECC with a modern, flexible, and cost-effective solution and we are looking for potential suppliers to engage with us on market solutions. This soft market test is designed to secure market feedback on the current opportunities available. Please be advised that the specific scope and budget of this service within this notice is provided for indicative purposes only due to the requirements of the online form and remains subject to confirmation by the Council.
