The service provider shall provide the appointment of dedicated and qualified IT service engineers and technicians, the Service Provider shall deliver the services to the British Council as per the agreed standard/requirement within the agreed working days (including weekends, public holidays and any unprecedented/emergency situation) and at a time agreed in advance by the British Council as per attached scope of work.
