Tender description

To appoint a GUK Traffic Marshall to the 2E Pegasus crossing to provide management of the interface between members of the public and site Construction Traffic to discharge the Agency duty of care. One area is that of the haul road/construction area accessible via the 2E crossing, where without a manned presence during the working day, members of the public can access the construction element of the site via an adjacent bridleway that passes immediately adjacent to the 2E crossing. This access is secured with fencing and a manned security presence at the end of each working day.
