Tender description

We are looking at ways in which MBC can tackle a failing service area within our Domestic Collections service across Middlesbrough, as detailed below. To increase the recycling material tonnages, form our domestic recycling collection service. Currently, we are one of the lowest performing LAs in the country & have serious ambitions to increase our annual tonnages. We believe that there are numerous thoughts on why our recycling performance is low (contaminated material, lack of residential knowledge/education, ignorance/behaviours/attitudes etc…).
