The requirement is for 2 (two) contractors to provide Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial Works across Orbit's residential and communal properties within the following UK geographies: Lot 1 - 1 (one) contractor supporting the Midlands Region Lot 2 - 1 (one) contractor supporting the East and South Regions The requirement would also expect the contractor(s) to support each region if/when work demands dictate.
