Tender description

Córas Iompair Eireann (CIÉ) operates two defined benefit pension schemes: the CIÉ Pension Scheme for Regular Wages Staff covering all operative staff and the CIÉ Superannuation Scheme 1951 (Amendment) Scheme 2000 covering clerical, supervisory, executive, technical and professional staff (together “the Schemes”). Providers of pension actuarial services and investment advisory services are being sought to provide services in respect of the Schemes. It is envisaged that the services will be provided to the CIÉ Board and the Trustees of the Schemes and that there will be a separate contract for the CIÉ Board and the Trustees in respect of each Scheme. It is envisaged that the services will be split into four separate lots: Lot 1 – Actuarial services RWS; Lot 2 – Actuarial services-1951 Scheme; Lot 3 – Investment advisory services RWS and Lot 4 – Investment advisory services-1951 Scheme. Applicants may apply for any numbers of lots or all lots.
