MNSI Provision of psychological screening and monitoring services for staff

Tender description

This is a Contracts Award Notice. From 1st October 2023 the Care Quality Commission is required to exercise the maternity and newborn safety investigation (MNSI) programme functions previously exercised by the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB), which was a part of NHS England. By statutory Directions, the above referenced contract was transferred from NHS England to CQC. The contract was initially procured by NHS England in June 2023 and a contract award notice was published for the initial term 24 months: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/cd605d6d-3c71-45a1-a465-9a5af5b07b6f The purpose of this notice is to confirm the transfer of the contract to CQC and to re-publish the contract award for the full term, including any optional extensions. This procurement was undertaken following the Open procedure (below threshold). The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 24 months with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
