Lot 1 - SCH Helpline

Tender description

Please reference the provided supporting information document for a full breakdown of the tender process inclusive of award methodology. SCH require a mandatory helpline for accessing by U18 patients which is also available to parents and carers of persons of the age 17 or under. SCH would also like to procure a SafeSpace for 16 and 17 years olds. Whilst it is structured in 2 separate lots. Bidders are encouraged to bid for both. It is felt that a combined service could confer additional benefits. - Lot 1 - Helpline - This Atamis project is for Lot 1 - Lot 2 - SafeSpace The helpline is mandatory and the outcome of this procurement will see a contract awarded for this lot. The SafeSpace is not mandated, however, both SCH and the ICB desire a SafeSpace contract to be awarded as an outcome from this Procurement. Confirmation of available funding to support this requirement will need to be sought prior to the award of a contract. This will be based upon the costs submitted by bidders. The ideal outcome will be that SCH award a contract to one supplier for both lots, however, SCH reserve the right to award each lot to different organisations, or to not award a contract at all.
