Grounds Maintenance Barrow

Tender description

Working in partnership with Accent and its other agencies to enable delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent are looking for a single Contractor to deliver high quality comprehensive Grounds Maintenance Services to its communal scheme areas located in Barrow, Cumbria based on an initial contract term of 3 years with the option to extend once based on a further 3 year contract extension period (subject to performance). The successful Contractor will have an experienced skill set and a proven track record of providing similar services. For the avoidance of doubt, we will only consider a Contractor who has or is willing to establish a local based of operations no more than 20 miles from the sites being bid for. This is due to the requirement to respond in the event of inclement weather.
