Tender description

Hire of Forklift Truck for Waste Management Operations at Whetstone Waste Transfer Station and Recycling and Household Waste Site (LE8 6JL). The Council (the Lessee) requires a new or used (subject to a satisfactory condition survey) forklift truck, for non-highway use on hard level ground, at its Waste Transfer Station and Recycling & Household Waste Site at Whetstone. The initial hire period shall be for a minimum period of 2 years, but the Council may wish to extend the hire period in 12-month periods up to a further 3 years (max 5-year total hire period).
