Tender description

Following the agreement by Cabinet in November 2022 to dispose of the Hatzola space at the Tower Court development in Stamford Hill, we require architectural designs options for commercial fit-out to be produced. A preferred option will be selected and costed and information will be included by Commercial Property Services within the marketing information for the space, with the costing information used to assist in any negotiations in relation to disposal of the space.
