Tender description

The objective of this Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice is to inform the market of Dublin City Council’s intention to enter into a contract with Makodata Ltd. in accordance with Article 32 of Directive 2014/24/EU Section 2 A : where no tenders or no suitable tenders or no requests to participate or no suitable requests to participate have been submitted in response to an open procedure or a restricted procedure, provided that the initial conditions of the contract are not substantially altered and that a report is sent to the Commission where it so requests. This contract is for the supply of software licenses in the Tableau technology stack. The contract will follow the form of the original tender and will initially be for 3 years with the option for the the Council to extend the contract for a subsequent three years. The initial contract will be for €21,930 excl. VAT and has a maximum framework cost ceiling of €500,000. A tender for the supply of Tableau Software licenses was published on 17th August, 2022 using a Single Party Framework Agreement. The framework period was 4 years with an initial contract for three years and the possibility of extension by another three years. The winning tender was subsequently withdrawn and there being no other valid tender Article 32 was invoked. This contract is for the supply of software licenses in the Tableau technology stack. The contract will follow the form of the original tender and will initially be for 3 years with the option for the the Council to extend the contract for a subsequent three years.
