Single Party Framework for Medical IPL Machines for Beauty Therapy Courses for Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board

Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Single Party Supplier Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Medical IPL Machines for Beauty Therapy departments primarily in the Post Leaving Certificate Colleges, Training Centres and PLC programmes in Post Primary Schools. Tenders are invited under the Open Procedure from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the Medical IPL Machines for Beauty Therapy courses delivered in Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board centres. The overall aim of the training programmes is to enable candidates to acquire the skills, knowledge, and attitudes to work effectively as a beauty therapist. The programme aims to enable the learner through practical experience to integrate the theoretical and practical aspects of working in the beauty industry. Beauty Therapy courses are delivered in Waterford College of Further Education, Dungarvan College, Enniscorthy Community College and Wexford Training Centre. It is important to note that the equipment must be fit for purpose meeting the requirements of the Teachers/Instructors delivering training to Apprentices/students in a trainee salon environment. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to establish a Single Party Supplier Framework from which call-off contracts will be awarded to the successful supplier and will be run by the centres as requirements arise over the lifetime of the Framework.
