Summary of the work The service designer will support activity in the Shared Channels Experience category of DWP Digital Specialist role Designer Expected Contract Length 12 Months Latest start date Monday 23 January 2023 Who Speclialist Work With The exisiting team is a blended team consisiting of internal DWP personnel & third party resources. What Specialists Work On The service designer will support activity within the shared channels category of DWP Digital Skills & Experience • Experience of designing to GDS Principles • Experience in interpreting technical and non technical requirements to design a comprehensive service • Experience in designing services that meet assisted digital user needs • Experience of agile methodology in a fast paced and evolving environment • Experience in prioritising and defining user stories • Experience of working within the public sector • Ablity to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes. Nice to Haves • Experience of working in blended Teams • Exprience of working in similar size organisations to DWP Work Location The supplier will be alingned to a DWP Technology Hub(Newcastle) and will operate a Hybrid working model(2 days office based/3 days WFH) Working Arrangments Hybrid with 2 days in the DWP technology Hub(Newcastle) Security Clearance SC Clearance No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria Experience of working in cross functional teams Assessment Method Interview Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 50% Cultural fit 10% Price 40% Questions from Suppliers 1. is there a current incumbent supplier? what is the maximum day rate on this?
