Tender description
The contracts are for the delivery of Care & Support at: BROCKHILL - an extra care housing scheme run by Woking Borough Council, the landlord (LOT 1). This is comprised of a dedicated service which delivers a 24/7 emergency care presence alongside a care team to respond to planned support needs amongst SCC-funded residents. HALE END COURT - a new extra care scheme at a sister site run by Woking Borough Council (LOT 2) which will mirror services provided in Brockhill.
