Tender description
To support in the provision of Election Services to the Returning Officer, Aberdeenshire Council’s Election Team are currently considering the available options with regards to their Elections Management Software System (EMS). It is hoped that engaging with suppliers in the marketplace will assist with the development of their requirements for the future; understanding the current market; and developing the best value strategy for any procurement.
