Ramsgate Shop Front Works 3 & 19-21 Harbour Street

<p>Thanet District Council is seeking to engage a contractor to carry out heritage conservation and restoration works to shop fronts in Ramsgate’s Harbour Street, as part of the Ramsgate High Street Heritage Action Zone project. These works are managed on behalf of the Council by Jan Kattein Architects. The proposed form of contract is JCT Minor Works with Contractor’s Design 2016.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 13th March for a duration of 8 weeks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to this notice and available for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations.
