Tender description
KARE is seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out a review of the Sports and Recreation Department and the services delivered. The review will entail reviewing existing services delivered and what could be done differently to enhance what we do. The consultant should be in a position to challenge the status quo and foster different ways of thinking throughout the review. The outcomes from the review should provide a roadmap or strategic direction for KARE in its ongoing provision of Sports and Recreation.
