Mini-Competition for the provision of Consultancy Services for Building Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Inspection

Tender description

This DPS Mini-Competition is for the procuring of relevant consultancy services in relation to the provision of Building Fire Safety Risk Assessments & Fire Safety Inspection. Relevant project information e.g., drawings, are available for download from the e-tenders portal. Site visits (if deemed necessary) may be arranged by the Contracting Authority in connection with the conducting of mini competitions under the DPS. Please contact CHI directly should you require a site visit prior to your submission. This can be done by sending message through the messaging system on etenders. Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) now invites proposals from suitably qualified individuals or organisations with specific nominated person(s) to tender, with the intention of carrying out a Desktop Review, Building Fire Safety Risk Assessments and Fire Safety Inspection as set out in Section 3 & 4 of this RFT on the following properties: • Sean Mac Dermott Apartments, Upper Sean MacDermott St, Dublin 1. • South Earl Street Apartments, South Earl St, Dublin 8. • Newcourt Apartments, New St, Dublin 8. All buildings listed for assessment under the scope of this RFT were built in the early 1990’s and are developments which were acquired by Co-operative Housing Ireland before the establishment of the Asset Management Department. While general arrangement drawings are available for all developments there is limited availability of structural, M&E and specialist contractor drawings or documentation. It is also expected that the successful tenderer will have to make arrangements to view the Fire Safety Certificate Application with the relevant local authority as part of the scope of this RFT.
