MBC Cleaning and Waste Clearance

Tender description

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to provide cleaning and waste clearance services for teams across our Housing Department. This invitation to tender will be split into 4 Lots as follows: Lot 1 – Helping you Home – hospital discharge support Lot 2 – Temporary and Discretionary Accommodation units Lot 3 – Maidstone Property Holdings – Private Rented Sector accommodation Lot 4 – Window cleaning for all properties contained with Lot 2 and Lot 3 Tenderers are invited to bid on any combination of lots that they have the capability of delivering. Each lot should be costed as if it were a standalone lot. Tenderers who would like to offer a discount if awarded both lots should then separately indicate any discount structure to be applied.
