Under this Housing (Including HPCDS) and Debt Procurement Process, the LAA is inviting responses from Applicants to its Invitations To Tender (“ITTs”) for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services from 30 April 2023 under a 2013 Standard Civil Contract (as amended) (“HPCDS Contract” or “Contract”) in each of the following HPCDS Schemes • Southampton • Telford The LAA is also inviting responses to its Invitations to Tender (“ITTs”) for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services from 4 April 2023 under a 2018 Standard Civil Contract (also referred to as a “Face to Face Contract”) in the Housing and Debt Categories of Law in the following Procurement Area: • Kingston upon Thames & Richmond upon Thames • Knowsley Applicants wishing to deliver Housing and Debt Services under a Face to Face Contract must submit a Tender which consists of a response to the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and one or more of the Housing and Debt ITTs. Applicants wishing to deliver services under the HPCDS Contract must submit a Tender which consists of a response to the SQ and one or more HPCDS ITT(s). Where an Applicant does not already hold a 2018 Standard Civil Contract with authorisation to deliver Housing and Debt Contract Work, it must also submit a response to one or more of the Housing and Debt ITTs. This opportunity opens on 1 February 2023. The deadline for submitting a Response is 5pm on 2 March 2023. You must read the Information For Applicants (IFA) document before submitting your response.
