The contract shall be awarded in two lots: Lot 1 – Ayr Campus Lot 2 – Paisley Campus The Contractor must carry out: the Services adopting the best horticultural practice; the creation and maintenance of visually pleasing horticultural features and the maintenance of rigorous standards of discipline, cleanliness and tidiness grass, plant, hedge, bush and shrub maintenance e.g. cutting, pruning, trimming etc. in accordance with Royal Horticulture Society approved methods of working including timescales for shrub and hedge maintenance.
