Delivery of Day Care Services for Older People with Alzheimer's Disease

North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) on behalf of North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) are looking to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for a single provider to deliver Daycare Services for Older People with Alzheimer's Disease. The service will provide seven sessions a week, covering Monday to Sunday. The sessions will run for a minimum of six hours, but the service should be flexible around the service users' assessed needs. Each session should have a maximum capacity of nine people. This equates to 63 places a week, covering 378 support hours. The daycare service will close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year.
