Tender description

The successful candidate will be required to prepare a Planning Application in accordance with national planning legislation i.e., the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, as amended. The drafting of the planning application shall be informed by and accompanied by the following services: Standard Services • Develop a Scheme Design for the linear park/amenity park to include seating . The successful contractor will be expected to prepare all drawings required to make a planning application • Consult with the Planning Authority’s-Multi-Disciplinary Team, statutory undertakers and other external appointed consultants in a pre-planning meeting • Carry out a topographical survey of the area of land which will be subject to the planning application • Preparation of a flood risk assessment • Preparation of a planning report • Preparation of an archaeological impact assessment of the site • Preparation of an AA screening • Preparation of an Environmental impact assessment screening report will be required • Ecological assessment to be carried out The successful tenderer will provide the client with the standard services listed above together with any additional services specifically agreed.
