Software - a specialised advice management system for vulnerable clients. We were only able to identify one solution that met essential requirements. Lot 1: A Client Advice Management solution - a specialised advice management system for vulnerable clients, with a financial assessment tool in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements for understanding clients' needs and circumstances. It must be capable of producing a Financial Statement which meets the requirements of the FCA with an inbuilt electronic document records management system that marries electronic records to clients' current advice and applies relevant retention periods, to include functionality for managing and setting controls around conflicts of interest between clients as per FCA rules. Additional information: We intend to use the software for three years, reviewing for alternative providers and any need for a competitive procedure after two years, then likely take up to 3 x 24 month extension options with further review.
