Tender description

The Authority is seeking Contractor(s) to provide maintenance and engineering support of its Cisco Data Network, Telecoms equipment and Cisco UCS Hardware equipment. Edinburgh Napier Authority intends to establish a single Contractor contract for the maintenance and engineering support of its Cisco Data Network, Telecoms equipment and Cisco UCS Hardware equipment. The maintenance will cover both hardware and software for the equipment currently installed plus Cisco equipment or software that is added or replaced during the duration of the contract.
