North Yorkshire County Council wishes to inform organisations of its proposals for a Carers Break Service for unpaid adult carers. The procurement that will follow this Expression of Interest stage will put contracts in place. We have published a high level specification as well as a short questionnaire that we would be grateful if you could complete.
