Bohermore National School l is a primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Arch Bishop of Cashel & Emily Please see attached Letter of Approval. In summary, the project will comprise: • 1 Classroom SEN 80 m2 • Central activity space 70m2 • 1 User Assisted WC 15 m2 Total floor area incl circulation and internal wall of 265m (please see attached DES Schedule for 1 Classroom SEN Base) Also: • Secure soft play area 50 m2 • Sensory garden 100m2 • 6 parking spaces The approximate level of grant is €830,000 including VAT & Fees.
