Tender description
This proposal is to develop the former Eircom site into a Film and Digital Media Centre for the School of Creative Media located in Limerick College of Further Education (LCFE). This brief is to allow for the development of the warehouse into a Film and Digital Media Centre. This will contain a Film & Digital Media Storage and PR room; Photography Studio; Film Studio; Digital Animation Lab; Mac Room; Game Design Lab; Creative Hub & Exhibition Space & Lecture Theatre. For full details please see specification included in Tender documentation. The above description is indicative of the size and nature of the project but the extent of accommodation to be provided may increase or decrease. Additional accommodation may be added to the brief including the provision of an additional school (on the same site or sites) at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
