Tender description
<p>To support the operation of the facility and enhance its technical capabilities, ORE Catapult wishes to procure a suite of Acoustic Emissions Testing Equipment. <br>The sensors shall allow the detection of sub element failures in the following components & materials. Multi-purpose sensors (i.e. usable on more than one component/material type) should be used, but different sensor types per material are also acceptable:</p> <p>- Synthetic Fibre Rope: Including at a minimum Nylon, High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) also known as Dyneema, Polyester & Aramid. Ropes will be of variable construction<br>- Steel Spiral Rope<br>- Heavy Lift Slings: Dyneema</p> Keywords: Acoustic Emissions Equipment
