Tender description

Defence Digital Commercial are seeking to commence the re-competition of the Support Coherence capability. Support Coherence covers the UK MODs participation in several international collaboration services with NATO and FVEYS partners; BICES, UKSG, MIDB and MARS. 1. The Battlefield Information, Collection and Exploitation Systems (BICES) enables cooperative sharing and exchange of processed intelligence, and intelligence-related information, between and amongst NATO, EU and other participating member states. 2. UK STONEGHOST (UKSG) enables the seamless and robust exchange of intelligence between FVEYS. UKSG provides email and browsing for all system users as well as intelligence product creation tools. 3. Modernised Integrated Database (MIDB) is a military database that is controlled and developed by the United States. MIDB is used as the single system for the production and analysis of military intelligence reference data. 4. Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) is an initiative to transform the current databases that house Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) into an advanced, comprehensive, scalable, flexible and rigorous intelligence environment for the next century. This requirement is exempt from DSPCR regulations and requires suppliers to have FSC clearance. The intent is to run the PQQ stage through the DSP portal and the ITT stage through the DSP AWARD/S portal. Defence Digital will be seeking to issue a PQQ to Tenderers circa February 2023. The anticipated value is >£4M for a proposed 3-year duration. Defence Digital are looking to ascertain who may be interested in any forthcoming competition. A Request for Information (RFI) may be issued depending on the level of possible interest.
