Tender description

The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish the type of software, functionality and hardware that is available for Yo! Wolves Registration, Booking & Card Solution. Multiple service areas within the Council are looking to provide various free of charge activities to the children of the city throughout the year under separate programmes/initiatives. Each programme/initiative has its own unique set of eligibility criteria and provides multiple activities during various times of the year, which may only be available for a specific time period or run simultaneously with other programmes/initiatives. The activities will be provided by both council services and commissioned providers. It is feasible that multiple activity providers will provide activities/events against multiple programmes/initiatives, during different times of the year and at the same time also.
