West Heath Hospital Footpath Install

Tender description

The scheme comprises the upgrading of various external areas at West Heath Hospital, including the construction of new pedestrian walkway zones, lighting upgrades and signage to the existing car park areas. Owing to funding restrictions, the works have been split into a series of zones. The contractor is advised that not all the works may happen, and the contractor is required to allow for this when pricing each zone. For the purposes of the tender, the contractor is to allow for their preliminary costs to reflect all works being undertaken. Upon receipt of tenders, the Trust will confirm the scope and the contractor will be invited to submit an alternative preliminary cost as appropriate.
