SSA_NGA_In-Country Monitoring and Evaluation on the Skills for Inclusive Digital Participation (SIDP)

Tender description

The successful supplier shall be responsible for providing monitoring and evaluation services in Nigeria by:<br />• Providing on the ground data collection (quantitative and qualitative data collection) services from trainers and implementation partners and grantees and ensuring all assessments are completed by partners and beneficiaries. It is imperative that an individual is available in each training location to support the implementing partners with the following data collection support:<br />o For 100 CLTS – Handling of registration and baseline assessments using an online digital data collection platform as well as the administration of end of project assessments. <br />o For 1600 Learners – Handling of registration and baseline data using the online data collection platform. The administration of an end of project assessment for all learners and knowledge assessments for learners at the intermediate training level.<br /> Conduct of interviews and focus group discussions with selected CLTs, learners and other stakeholders. About 15 of such interviews are planned in Nigeria.<br />• Reviewing, cleaning and analysis of collected data. Each in-country consultant is expected to have resources for in-depth data cleaning and analysis.<br />• Providing country specific top line reporting using approved reporting templates<br />
