Last Updated: 13 December 2023, 13:04 2. Please can you provide more details as to how suppliers should be answering the questions? The questions showcase the requirements that you need the resource to have, however without the CV provided at this stage are we to provide a comprehensive response which indicates we can supply resource to meet all these needs? If so, how should this be evidenced with such little ability of characters and score suppliers against one another? DWP do not require to see CVs at this stage. If successful for stage 2 interviews will be arranged to understand resources in more detail. In response to the requirements a comprehensive approach would draw out the specifics of any resource(s) you are putting forward. Each supplier will be scored against the outlined scoring criteria on the merits of their response to each question and in scope of the word count. Last Updated: 12 December 2023, 12:16 3. Is DWP expecting the responses to come from the individual (Sr. ADM/ Consultant) response as a singular resource OR could these responses from a part of the organization's response to the questions? The response to the question should enable DWP to understand that the supplier has one or more resources available that can meet the requirements. The skills and ability of any resource to fulfil the contract should be evidenced. Last Updated: 12 December 2023, 12:09 4. Is the expressed day rate what the client expects the resource will receive or what the supplier will receive? The day rate is an indicative figure that DWP would expect to pay for the supply of the resource Last Updated: 12 December 2023, 08:36 5. Is the 750 characters with or without spaces? The system counts spaces in the word count - so it may be it will only allow 750 character spaces to be entered. If the system allows input of 750 characters plus spaces this is permissible as a repsonse. Last Updated: 12 December 2023, 08:26 6. For both Essential skills and experience a box is provided stating 750 characters, is this per question eg,750 characters for question 1, then same again for question, or a total of characters for all questions 1 to 10? thanks 750 characters for each question Last Updated: 12 December 2023, 08:24 7.
