NHS Workforce, Training & Education Directorate’s New Ways of Working in Mental Health supports the delivery against public policy of the NHS Long Term Plan (January 2019) and the NHS Mental Health Implementation Plan (July 2019) ambitions by ensuring the sustainability of a robust, diverse and capable workforce.
