TO PHARMACIES WHO HAVE NOT YET SUBMITTED A BID TO JOIN THE OPEN FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY PHARMACY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES Cumberland Council is currently accepting bids from pharmacies BY EMAIL. If you have not submitted a bid yet and you wish to provide the following services after 1st April 2024, please contact [email protected] to request the bid documents.. Pharmacies can offer some or all of the following services:- Lot 1: Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) Lot 2: Stop Smoking Service Lot 3: Flu Vaccinations for Council Staff The council proposes to enter into the framework agreement for an initial period of 3 years with successful tenderers. There are 2 optional extensions available of up to 12 months each. These optional extensions are at the complete discretion of the council. The estimated total value of the Contract is £0.149m per year, estimated at £0.745m total (excluding VAT) for 5 years from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2029 (this includes the optional extensions). Details of expenditure are indicative only and the Council does not guarantee any spend against this Framework Agreement. TO NOTE - the bid documents are also available on The Chest.
