North Northamptonshire Council - Provision of Independent Living with Care and Support Services Framework

North Northamptonshire Council wishes to procure the provision of Care & Support in Independent Living settings (often known as Extra Care or Assistive Living schemes) for adults aged 55 and over, who are ordinarily resident within the administrative area of North Northamptonshire NNC (NNC) and have been assessed as meeting the eligibility criteria. It is acknowledged that on an individual basis an individual below 55 years may utilise the support offered within this specification where this is deemed appropriate. <br /><br />Although, Independent Living settings are predominantly the living choice of older people, such accommodation benefits a range of care and support needs inclusive of other ageing adults, including those with mental health needs, learning disabilities, physical and sensory disabilities. Provision may include, where required palliative and end of life care and support as well as supporting those living with dementia.<br /><br />Independent Living settings offer specialist housing options with Care and Support available on site for people who have varying levels of need. Occupants of this type of housing have their own self-contained homes, their own front door and a legal right to occupy the property. <br /><br />Potential Providers that are interested in providing services to the above Independent Living schemes must specify which Lots on the online questionnaire you wish to bid for. <br />Potential Providers wishing to providing services to the Care & Support in Independent Living schemes must apply to the Intend Reference 00000516 at the same time to the North Northamptonshire Council provision of Independent Living with Care and Support Services Framework. <br /><br />Potential Providers who apply to the Call Off for Care and Support Services <br /><br />- Lot 1- Rosewood Court <br /><br />- Lot 2 - Sunley Court<br /><br />- Lot 3 - Imperial Court<br /><br />Potential providers who apply to the above lots and do NOT apply to the North Northamptonshire Council Provision of Independent Living with Care and Support Services Framework will not be considered for this Call Off and excluded from the process.<br /><br /><br />
