Tender description

Hillcrest will be issuing framework tender documents early in 2024 for reactive hard and soft landscaping works. These works will include the usual soft and landscaping works across all our housing stock areas as well as work to individual garden areas during the voids process. These documents will be split into geographical lots. Hillcrest will be seeking tenders from suitably qualified, resourced and experienced landscape contractors, who can demonstrate a commitment to great customer service. It is expected that successful contractors for all lots, will be in place for state / mid March 2024.
