Design, Construction and Installation of a Car Park Sprinkler System

Tender description

Invitation to Tender for Building Work including the design and construction of a new plantroom/pump house and design and installation of a car park sprinkler system at Catkin Centre and Sunflower House. The contractor is responsible for the full development of the proposals included within this pack including the appointment of any of the specialists listed in the pricing document to complete the design of the full system including the pump house and any further work required to complete the installation. The car park will remain temporarily closed until the installation is completed but Contractors must factor into the design and planning of the works that the building will always remain operational during the installation. Please allow for a High hazard classification sprinkler system.
