Tender description
This is a Partnership Agreement between East Sussex County Council and East Sussex Healthcare Trust to improve the outcomes for young children and their families through the delivery of the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme (HCP). Additional information: This collaboration agreement had an initial period end date of 31 March 2023 and provided for a three year extension option up to 31 March 2026.
