To Achieve this several products will need to be procured. We are purchasing specialist engineering technical skills that have experience of establishing a Client Technical Authority The products proposed to be delivered as part of this work package are. 1. An Asset Management and Engineering Standards Manual. 2. A Standard for Standards. 3. Protocol for Departures. 4. Other supporting ancillary activities, as necessary. 5. The purpose of the Technical Authority is to a. Deliver Higher quality standards. b. Establish quality control and publishing process. c. Manage departures from standards. d. Recognising and accommodating digital standards (and the data infrastructure to support them) e. Must use our quality management system and the Defra publishing system ‘content cloud’. Make our standards visible to practitioners
