***THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION*** The objective of this procurement is to identify and appoint an industry expert to lead the data collection, evaluation and reporting activity for the ZERFD demonstration projects. The successful applicant will be required to design and organise an ongoing technical evaluation of the projects supported by this intervention (competition).
