Tender description
Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (SSOT) Integrated Care Board (ICB) wish to invite you to submit a quotation to our Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Population Health Management (PHM) GP Data Extract support requirements. SSOT ICB are seeking a 1 year proposal with the ability to extend the contract for up to two years by agreement with the supplier organisation.
