Tender description
Torus requires a mediation service that can offer remote and in-person services for social housing customers, for issues relating to housing nuisance. This includes face-to-face, shuttle and community mediation services. This service will cover areas including Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens and surrounding areas. Lot 1: For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is for the purpose of conducting a soft market testing exercise and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by Torus to undertake any procurement exercise.
