Understanding the impact of UK-EU TCA implementation on the foreign direct investment, offshoring, reshoring, and adaptation activity of UK agri-food businesses The provision of this requirement is to undertake research to assess how UK businesses in Defra interest sectors have adapted to the new trading environment since the implementation of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA). The research should focus on foreign direct investment (FDI) flows, offshoring, reshoring, and adaptation activity across supply chains. Defra also seeks to better understand UK FDI investment earnings from overseas commercial activity at the sectoral level.
