Request for Information (RFI) - Addressable and Non-Addressable Change Intelligence

Ordnance Survey needs accurate, timely and frequent information on changes to the topography, in both the built and natural environment of Great Britain to update and maintain its databases. Ordnance Survey define this information as Change Intelligence; it is sourced from third-party data. Ordnance Survey is looking to enhance the temporal aspect of intelligence as well as utilise intelligence sources from the construction sector and planning approval data. This RFI sets out Ordnance Surveys' requirements for the provision of Change Intelligence data and seeks to discover from potential suppliers what the market characteristics are, how requirements may be fulfilled and other specific information Additional information: The information and documents relating to this RFI will be accessible via the In-Tend E-Sourcing Portal: http:/in-tendhost.co.uk/os (In-Tend). To be able to access these documents, Participants must register and thereafter will be issued with a 'USERNAME' and 'PASSWORD'.
