Manchester Central is currently looking for a Contractor to provide Disposable products, which include Consumables and Chemicals, at Manchester Central, Runway Visitors Park and Manchester Town Hall Complex. The Contract will be for a period of Two (2) years from the commencement date of services with the option to extend for a further Twelve (12) months with an anticipated Contract start date of December 2023, with a contract value of circa £234k. Lot 1: Manchester Central is currently looking for a Contractor to provide Disposable products, which include Consumables and Chemicals, at Manchester Central, Runway Visitors Park and Manchester Town Hall Complex. The Contract will be for a period of Two (2) years from the commencement date of services with the option to extend for a further Twelve (12) months with an anticipated Contract start date of December 2023, with a contract value of circa £234k. The successful supplier will provide Disposables for various event types including retail, conferences, exhibitions, corporate and numerous functions and meetings across both sites. Given the dynamic nature of the events industry, the supplier will need to respond to last minute orders with an expected next day delivery, including potential Saturday and Sunday orders. The Contractor must be able to cater to any of Manchester Central clients’ bespoke orders in line with their event. They must also be able to continue to supply our current bespoke and branded items and be flexible with any additional branding and bespoke requests. Samples of certain products may be requested as part of the tender evaluation.
