Tender description

This Service will provide an evidenced based, strength and balance physical activity programme (Falls Management Exercise – FaME) across Cornwall to reduce the risk of falls in older adults. The Service will be expected to work closely with the Community Specialist Falls Service and other partners to support delivery of the project. A fall is defined as “an event which results in a person coming to rest inadvertently on the ground or floor or other lower level and is not a result of a major intrinsic event (such as a stroke) or overwhelming hazard”.
