Tender description
Swansea Council are seeking to inter into a contract for the review of the local library function. Swansea council has circa 42 community buildings, sixteen library sites and numerous arts venues and civic buildings, across the city and county. We are presently engaged in transferring the former ‘flagship’ Central Library at the former County Hall/Civic Centre to a new location, within a repurposed large, high st department store at 277 – 278 Oxford St.
